*A3 Kingdom - Terms & Conditions*

1. While playing A3 Kingdom, you must respect the rights of others and their rights to play and enjoy the game. To this end, you may not defraud, harass, threaten, or cause distress and/or unwanted attention to other players.
2. You may not post or communicate any player's real world information (name, address, account name, etc.) through the A3 Kingdom game or on the official A3 Kingdom web site.
3. You may not use any sexually explicit, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive language. Or strict action will be taken against it.
4. When communicating in A3 Kingdom using Public Chat (Chat that can be viewed by more than 2 persons), you may not spam, flood, or make duplicate posts.
5. You may not post or link to any sexually explicit, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive imagery or content.
6. You may not violate any local, state, national or international law or regulation.
7. You may not modify any part of the A3 Kingdom Client, Server or any part of the official A3 Kingdom Web Page located at http://a3kingdom.mygm4u.com/
8. You may not arrange for the exchange or transfer of any pirated or illegal software while on A3 Kingdom Game or on the official A3 Kingdom Web site.
9. You may not market, promote, advertise, or solicit within the A3 Kingdom game or on the official A3 Kingdom Web site.
10. You may not advertise the intent to or commit the act of buying, selling, trading, sharing, or transferring access to any A3 Kingdom account.
11. You will follow the instructions of authorized personnel while in A3 Kingdom or on the Official A3 Kingdom Forums.
12. You may not organize nor be a member of any guilds or groups within A3 Kingdom that are based on, or espouse, any racist, sexist, anti-religious, anti-ethnic, or other hate-mongering philosophies.
13. You may not give false information or intentionally hide any information when registering for your A3 Kingdom account.
14. You will not upload or transmit on A3 Kingdom or on the A3 Kingdom Web Site any copyrighted content that you do not own all rights to, unless you have the express written permission of the author or copyright holder.
15. You will not attempt to interfere with, hack into, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running A3 Kingdom.
16. You will not exploit any bug in A3 Kingdom and you will not communicate the existence of any such exploitable bug (bugs that grant the user unnatural or unintended benefits in game), either directly or through public posting, to any other user of A3 Kingdom. You will promptly report any such bug via the in-game Guides or via e-mail to gmking2009@gmail.com
17. You will not hide or Misrepresent facts while communicating with any A3 Kingdom Game officials.
18. You will not create, use or provide any server emulator or other site where A3 Kingdom may be played, and you will not post or distribute any utilities, emulators or other software tools related to A3Kingdom without the express written permission of Author.
21. You may not advertise the intent to or commit the act of buying or selling items for cash (Real world cash / money / currency).
22. You will not make false complaints/accusations with the intent of benefit to your character
23. Player found using Bugs Wz or any item will be banned permanently.
24. Scammers IP + main Account IP will be banned permanently.
25. TO contact with GM of Kingdom Players should use by mailing to gmking2009@gmail.com or gmking2009@gmail.com
26. Player abusing to other player will be banned for 72 hrs for that players should send mail to gm@a3Kingdom.com with screening as proof.
27. Player will be give chance to Improve in first warning regarding Abusing, if player still found guilty of abusing, he will be banned for 72hr or permanent.
28. Player will not call GM's for unnecessary reasons, i.e. for stuff exchange, free gifts, level ups, etc.
